Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of shipment. All returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from odor and dirt. All labels and hangtags must be attached. Refunds after 30 days will not be processed, and all returns are subject to approval by our Customer Service team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a traceable carrier as we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. To help expedite the processing of your shipment, please mark the outside of the package with your order number and include your original packing slip inside.

Return and exchange requests are processed Monday through Friday, and credits will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Due to precautions against COVID-19 in our returns center, please allow up to 15 business days for processing once your return is received. You will be notified via email once we’ve processed your return. Franne Golde is not responsible for tracking your credit with your financial institution, and it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to post to your account.

If your credit card is declined, your order will be canceled and will not ship. Please contact us to place a new order if your order has been canceled.

BACKORDERS:

If you placed a backorder, your credit card has not been charged, only authorized. Your credit card will be charged once the item is ready to ship. The approximate production time for backorders to ship is 3-4 weeks.
