OUR RETURN POLICY
We offer free exchanges on your order within 30 days of shipment. To receive your free exchange shipping label, contact our Customer Service team at help@frannegolde.com or 800-674-5589. Please include your packing slip and note the exchange size or color you prefer.
Returns for refund are accepted when postmarked within 30 days of order shipment. Customers are responsible for shipping costs of items returned for refund. Please use a traceable carrier; we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please include your packing slip with a note that you would like a refund to your payment method.
All returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from odor and dirt. All labels and hangtags must be attached. Returns will not be accepted outside policy window and are subject to approval by our Customer Service team. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Return and exchange requests are processed Monday through Friday except on major holidays. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing once your return is received. You will be notified via email once we’ve processed your return. Most banks and financial institutions will reflect the credit on your account within 3–5 business days; please contact your bank or financial institution for more information on when your refund will be posted.
CANCELED ORDERS
If your payment card is declined, your order will be canceled and will not ship. Please contact us to place a new order if your order has been canceled.
